We are seeking a skilled and experienced Scrum Master with a background in project management to bolster our Digital Innovation team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, within our organization's digital innovation initiatives. This position demands a strong understanding of project management principles, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering cutting-edge digital solutions within the performance beauty industry.   
   
Let’s talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:   
  • Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies for our Digital Innovation team, ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
  • Oversee the successful execution of Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, Sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners and other stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog
  • Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure the success of our initiatives
  • Effectively communicate project updates, milestones, and risks to key stakeholders, including senior management, ensuring alignment and engagement throughout the project
  • Ensure that project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to all stakeholders
  • Identify resource requirements and work closely with team members to allocate tasks and responsibilities, ensuring efficient utilization of resources
  • Cultivate a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement
  • May perform other related duties as required and/or assigned
    
Skills and Qualifications Required for this Dynamic Team Member: 
  • Bachelor's degree in business, project management, pharmaceuticals or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in project management
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications required
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a project management capacity
  • Proficiency in project management methodology, tools and software (JIRA, Confluence required, Smartsheet preferred)
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate risks and develop effective mitigation strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Compensation & Total Rewards   
The expected pay range for this position is $127,000 to $166,100.  Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations including but not limited to role relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, certifications, and more.
