Job Summary:
The Sr. eCommerce Manager will be pivotal in crafting and implementing a comprehensive eCommerce strategy aligned with our company's objectives. This role involves leading efforts across strategy development, catalog management, swag merchandizing, Product Information Management (PIM) setup, payment gateway configuration, and analytics for both US and international markets. The successful candidate will ensure seamless international market launches, optimize catalog processes for accuracy, and spearhead promotional strategies for swag on B2B and B2C platforms. Additionally, they will manage the integration and functionality of payment systems and utilize analytics to drive business decisions and improvements. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong background in eCommerce operations, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you’ll accomplish:
  • Strategy:
    • Develop and execute an eCommerce strategy and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive growth initiatives.
    • Create framework for eCommerce scalability for launch in international markets.
    • Lead and collaborate with development to develop store enhancement roadmap and implementation based on customer and company needs.
  • Catalog Management:
    • Drive process optimization in terms of catalog management to ensure data/content accuracy across all eCommerce platforms.
    • Oversee the organization and maintenance of product catalogs for optimal user experience.
    • Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information across all platforms.
    • Catalog promotion management: Create promotional offers and ensure content accuracy per legal or compliance needs.
  • Swag Merchandising:
    • Develop and implement strategies for swag eCommerce merchandising on both B2B and B2C platforms.
    • Collaborate with marketing, design, product teams to create compelling and on-brand merchandise.
  • Product Information Management (PIM):
    • Collaborate with engineering on setting up PIM, if needed
    • Work closely with marketing teams to enhance and optimize PIM processes.
    • Ensure seamless integration of product information across various channels.
  • Payment Gateway Setup:
    • Lead the setup and maintenance of payment gateways for a smooth and secure transaction process.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any payment-related issues.
  • Analytics:
    • Act as the point person for analytics related to catalog and merchandising performance.
    • Utilize data insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
 
To be successful: 
    • 4+ years of experience in e-commerce management, with a focus on catalog and merchandising.
    • Familiarity with Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
    • Experience in setting up and managing payment gateways.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
    • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA is a plus.
 
Not required, but preferred:
  • Experience with managing Chargebee and Big commerce platforms.
  • Experience with managing Loyalty Platforms.
  • MBA is a plus.

  • On-site Office Location – Newport Beach, CA (Hybrid Schedule T-Th onsite. M + F remote optional)
  • This position reports directly to the Executive Director, Product.

 

 

Compensation & Total Rewards:
The pay range for this position is $160,900 – 182,800. Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations including but not limited to role relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, certifications, and more.
