We are seeking an experienced Total Rewards Manager to join our Human Resources team to support initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and in turn the employee experience. The successful candidate will be an HR professional with broad experience who thrives in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment, and capable of delivering quick results. Let’s talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:
  • Analyze, design, and administer benefits programs (health and welfare, retirement, paid time off and leave programs) that meet the needs of our growing, global team.
  • Effectively communicate our compensation and benefit philosophies and programs to ensure our team knows the ins-and-outs of our programs.
  • Lead the annual open enrollment process including broker and carrier marketing, plan decisions and managing employee communication.
  • Develop an innovative and engaging benefits and wellness education program that extends beyond open enrollment period.
  • Lead merit process with leaders across the organization; preparing managers for planning and providing budget information.
  • Conduct market data analysis, benchmarking, job matching, data analytics, compensation practices and make recommendations.
  • Partner in the design and administration of robust equity programs- managing the program from inception to education to administration.
  • Assists employees with all benefits inquiries.
  • Administers the company 401(k) plan; manages the plan testing and compliance.
  • Performs audit checks of benefits data.  Oversees billing reconciliation.
  • Manages the Leaves of Absence requests, coordinating with employees, managers, 3rd party vendor and Payroll.
  • Processes ADA applications and conducts interactive processes.
  • Manages Workers Compensation Claims and audits.
  • Administers the Employee Recognition and Employee Stock Option Programs.
  • Completes monthly, quarterly and annual audits. 
  • May perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.
 
Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or other related discipline or equivalent knowledge and experience required
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant professional level human resources/people functions, subject matter expertise in total rewards, compensation and benefit design, administration and analysis
  • In-depth knowledge of COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA and ACA and related regulations
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations such as the Fair Labor Standards Act and Equal Pay Act
  • Experience in compensation and benefits design and administration in a publicly traded organization preferred
  • Demonstrated experience with compensation principles and concepts, compensation analysis and consulting, including market pricing, comp plan structure/design, job evaluation, and grading In-depth knowledge of all health and welfare benefits and associated processes, procedures, and regulations
  • A business-minded HR leader and functional benefits and compensation expert who can thrive in a culture that is fast paced, results-oriented, and employee experience focused
  • Accuracy, confidentiality and ability to exercise discretion are absolute requirements for success in this role.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills with ability to work independently and as part of a multi-function team
  • Self-starter, willingness to engage in all levels of our work – tactics to strategy to execution and implementation
  • High self-awareness and commitment to iterative learning and development
  • Agile, willing to work beyond boundaries and flex when needed to meet business needs

  • Position reports directly to Director, HR Operations & Total Rewards
 
Compensation & Total Rewards 
The expected pay range for this position is $107,100 to $139,260.  Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations including but not limited to role relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, certifications, and more.
