Sr. Marketing Specialist (Evolysse®)

We are seeking a driven & creative Sr. Marketing Specialist. This individual will be responsible for working on downstream marketing activities and projects to support the growth of Evolysse®, a new line of dermal fillers launching in the US. Projects may include brand development efforts, involvement/support of HCP and in office assets and campaigns. This an exciting opportunity to drive the success of Evolus by building the Evolysse® brand from the ground up!
Let’s talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:
- Liaison with the sales team, gathering feedback and developing specific tools to market and educate on Evolysse®.
- Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure a consistent message across all marketing efforts such as banner stands, brochures, and other in office materials.
- Receive incoming requests from the sales team and traffic to the appropriate internal team for follow-up; ensure that responses are received timely and own the tracking of any deliverables.
- Work with the PMO and creative team to initiate creative requests for high-quality, compelling marketing collateral.
- Ensure that all marketing materials are aligned with the brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent tone and visual identity across all channels.
- Manage and coordinate the review and approval of marketing and promotional materials with legal, regulatory, and medical teams while meeting timelines
- Develop sales team collateral for promotional campaigns and partner with sales training to update the field on a regular cadence.
- Support swag operations, new item development, and logistics
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of sales assets and work with sales training to optimize usage
- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and
creative solutions are the norm.
Skills and Qualifications Required for this Dynamic Team Member:
- Bachelor’s degree in either business or life sciences preferred.
- 2+ years of experience within Sales or Marketing.
- Experience in medical aesthetics preferred.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems creatively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in all standard Office computer programs including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Office location – Newport Beach – Hybrid Schedule (Tuesday – Thursday onsite)
- This position reports directly to the Evolysse® Product Director
- Travel required up to 20%
Compensation & Total Rewards:
The expected pay range for this position is $102,100 to $115,000. Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations including but not limited to role-relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, certifications, and more.
