Evolus is a performance beauty company with a customer-centric approach focused on delivering breakthrough products.We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior International Sales Training Manager / Senior International Sales Excellence & Capability Development Manager to join our International Marketing Team reporting to the Executive Director, International Strategic Marketing. This role is both strategic and hands-on—designed to elevate capabilities, accelerate performance, and embed a high-impact learning culture that directly supports our international commercial objectives.  
 
As part of our team, you’ll help shape and drive the international sales enablement strategy, working closely with cross-functional leaders to turn business priorities into practical learning, capability, and execution solutions. You’ll play a pivotal role in bringing markets together behind our growth vision, strengthening customer engagement approaches, and building long-term competitive advantage across our international footprint. Partnering with colleagues in commercial leadership, marketing, sales, and compliance, you’ll identify capability needs and design engaging, market-relevant training programs that equip our teams to thrive and deliver lasting impact.

Essential duties and responsibilities where you'll make the biggest impact…
  • Drive Sales Excellence: Lead international sales capability programs, embedding best-in-class frameworks that elevate effectiveness, foster value-based selling, and strengthen customer partnerships. 
  • Build Capability & Growth: Design and deliver engaging, blended training programs—from onboarding to advanced leadership and consultative skills—that empower the field force and deepen HCP engagement. 
  • Shape Market Strategies Together: Partner with General Managers, Regional Leaders, and key accounts to co-create growth strategies that make a measurable impact. 
  • Collaborate Globally: Work hand-in-hand with the U.S. Sales Training team to exchange insights, adapt content, and share best practices that inspire learning worldwide. 
  • Champion Compliance: Ensure all training programs meet internal standards and align with regulatory, legal, and medical requirements. 
  • Lead Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Marketing, Sales, Compliance, and Global Sales Excellence to align training priorities with International brand and commercial strategies. 
  • Develop Managers & Leaders: Strengthen coaching and leadership capabilities across sales management to accelerate execution excellence and team performance. 
  • Measure What Matters: Define KPIs and feedback loops that track impact, ensuring capability initiatives drive commercial success and are continuously optimized.
  • Inspire at Scale: Lead capability-building elements within International sales meetings, regional business reviews, and leadership forums to energize and enable teams internationally.
  • Office Location – Milan, Italy (hybrid onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).
  • Up to 40% travel

Qualifications and Skills You’ll Bring to the Team…
  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • 10+ years of experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or aesthetics, with deep expertise in medical aesthetics (particularly facial injectables).
  • Proven success driving international sales enablement, capability development, and commercial excellence.
  • Hands-on experience designing and delivering impactful training programs, with a strong track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Skilled at influencing and collaborating with senior stakeholders across a global, matrixed organization.
  • Comfortable working in both large multinationals and scale-up environments, with the agility to adapt strategies to different stages of growth.
  • Customer-focused and data-driven, bringing strong consulting skills and business acumen across business planning, financials, and patient journey insights.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and presentation skills, with the confidence and presence to engage at the executive level.
  • An energetic, self-starter and problem solver who thrives in fast-moving, dynamic environments.
Preferred Qualifications…
  • An advanced degree is a plus.

Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations including but not limited to role-relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, geographic location, certifications, and more.
