Position Summary: 
 
We are seeking a highly analytical individual with a passion for data and a knack for uncovering insights that guide product innovation and fuel our strategies and decision-making. In this role as Product Analyst, you will be responsible for owning our analytics stack, which includes Snowflake, Tableau, and Amplitude, to identify trends, measure outcomes, and deliver actionable recommendations that directly impact product, customer experience, and business outcomes. You will partner closely with product managers, engineers, and growth teams to define success metrics, evaluate experiments, and bring clarity to complex challenges. 
 
Qualifications:
  • 2–4 years of experience in product, growth, or digital analytics. 
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL (Snowflake preferred) with the ability to query and transform large datasets. 
Desired Skills: 
  • Hands-on experience building intuitive dashboards and reports in Tableau that drive cross-functional decision-making. 
  • Strong working knowledge of Amplitude (or similar product analytics platforms like MixPanel) including funnel, retention, and cohort analysis. 
  • Demonstrated experience defining, tracking, and interpreting product KPIs and success metrics. 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into clear, compelling stories for diverse audiences. 
  • Proven track record of making data-driven recommendations that lead to measurable impact. 
  • Experience supporting A/B testing and experimentation at scale. 
  • Familiarity with dbt, Python, or R for deeper analysis and modeling. 
  • Background in SaaS, mobile apps, or consumer-facing products. 
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously. 
For job positions in CA, CO, and NYC, the estimated salary range for a new hire in this position is $120,000.00 USD to $145,000.00 USD. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, discretionary target cash bonus, and restricted stock units (subject to Board Approval).
