About the Role 
 
  
In this role, you will be responsible for selling the Empyrean employee communication and engagement platform and will build executive-level relationships, particularly in HR departments of large and enterprise employers.    
The ideal candidate will be skilled in demonstrating product expertise while effectively tailoring solutions to address specific business challenges faced by the client. 
 
Key Responsibilities 

  
  • Create and drive revenue opportunities within a specified territory while creating value for the client.  
  • Develop business opportunities through professional networking, outbound prospecting, and cold-calling. 
  • Execute revenue growth strategy sales plan by meeting milestones and revenue goals, including quarterly and annual sales quotas. 
  • Manage Salesforce data and functions associated with assigned territory.  
  • Become an Enspire subject matter expert, including mastering platform features, functions, and how to communicate capabilities. 
  • Learn and manage Zoom and Webex demo experiences. 
  • Establish and build value and trust-based relationships with clients and prospects. 
  • Facilitate positive client and prospect transitions to Operations and Digital Strategy Teams for Client implementation. 
  • Identify prospects and close revenue by managing broker and vendor channel partnerships. 
  • Sell into enterprise-wide, executive-level buying centers, including C-suite, HR, Safety, IT, and Corporate Communications.  
  • Support the continued growth of brand equity and awareness with key players across multiple industries. 
  • Demonstrate expertise in industry trends (for strategic planning and forecasting). 
  • Earn and maintain HIPAA certification.  
  • Travel up to 40%.  
     
Required Skills & Experience  
 
  
  • Innate drive with proven revenue growth results. 
  • Strong interpersonal communication and negotiations skills.  
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects. 
  • Confidence to lead prospect meetings and demos by video 
  • Open to change and learning new technology. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Proven experience building and developing relationships with large and enterprise employers, health insurance brokers, and consultants.
  • 5+ years of experience selling HCM (Human Capital Management), payroll, health and welfare benefits, or benefits administration technology and services. 
  • Must be available up to 40%
  • Any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be considered.
