This pivotal role focuses on optimizing revenue through sophisticated forecasting, management of billing processes, and the cultivation of analytical insights that propel business growth.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee and enhance our third-party revenue forecasting, tracking, and reporting systems.
- Manage consolidated billing operations and ensure timely premium remittances.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify analytics needs, translating data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Define and implement KPIs, metrics, and dashboards to monitor performance across revenue streams.
- Lead a high-performing team, fostering an environment of collaboration and professional growth.
What You'll Need:
- Proven leadership and organizational skills, capable of working effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with a knack for building relationships across all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical prowess with a background in handling large datasets.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Familiarity with SQL and advanced proficiency in MS Office tools; Benefits Administration technology knowledge is a plus.
