WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Real impact, real code: You will be embedded into one of our engineering teams, working on features and AI-driven solutions that reach millions of users.
- A dedicated mentor: You won't be wandering in the dark. You’ll be paired with a Senior Engineer/Mentor who will guide your professional growth, review your code, and help you navigate the Egnyte ecosystem.
- Mastering the AI workflow: You’ll be encouraged to use AI tools to speed up your development. You’ll help the team find new ways to automate the mundane, so we can focus on the complex.
- Cross-functional collaboration: You’ll work closely with other Engineers, UX and Product team, learning how a global tech company actually operates from the inside.
- Leadership in action: As an "Early in Career" trailblazer, you’ll have the chance to spearhead internal initiatives, share your AI findings with the team, and grow into a future leader within Egnyte.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- You are a "Creator": You’ve built a personal project (not just a school assignment) that you’re proud to show off. You know what it’s like to take an idea from zero to one.
- AI is your Co-pilot: You don't just use ChatGPT; you experiment with LLMs, prompt engineering, and automation. You know how to delegate tasks to AI to multiply your impact.
- You are a "Fixer": You are resourceful and communicative. If a door is closed, you find a window. You get things done with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
- Language Agnostic: You know at least one programming language well, and you aren't afraid to learn another one tomorrow.
- High Resourcefulness: What we value most is your personal agency & can-do attitude. You are a master of self-unblocking, you possess the grit to soldier through technical hurdles, and you have a natural bias for action. You don’t just wait for instructions - you figure things out.
BENEFITS:

- Full-time co-operation for a period of 6 months (July - December) paid 5500 PLN/Civil contract
- A clear path forward and a continuous feedback loop which goes both ways
- Depending on the course of the program and business needs we might offer possibility to continue this collaboration after 6 months period (full time availability expected).
