Our Global Technology Solutions team is looking for a Senior Consultant, Professional Services - AI Services, who will work on high-impact engagements in support of our customers within the Egnyte PS AI Services practice. As a Senior Consultant on the team, you will be responsible for building custom solutions and agents that integrate with customer data and workflows as well as internal and external AI models via MCP to unlock the full power of Egnyte’s AI-first platform for our customers. 

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical consultant and strong communicator, who can quickly understand customer use cases and deliver meaningful business value through AI-centric solutions. This is an extremely fast-paced role at the center of innovation for our team. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:  

  • Work with Egnyte’s customers to build custom solutions and workflows leveraging AI agents and Egnyte’s rich AI platform capabilities, as well as MCP integrations. In addition, guide customers with custom prompts designed to maximize business value. Deliver solutions on-time, and with high quality. 
  • Engage directly with customers during pre-sales architecture reviews and throughout the engagement lifecycle to understand requirements and shape solution designs that meet their use cases and deliver true business value. 
  • Stay current with the rapidly evolving AI landscape that includes foundation models, agentic frameworks, and emerging MCP standards. Translate that knowledge into actionable guidance and solutions for customers. 
  • Collaborate with Egnyte Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to identify expansion opportunities, provide technical expertise, and ensure customer value realization. 
  • Establish and document best practices, delivery frameworks, and reusable solution patterns for the AI Technical practice
  • Assess and advise customers on architecture patterns that best complement Egnyte’s platform. 

 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • 7+ years of overall experience, with at least 3 years in a customer-facing Technology Consulting or Professional Services role. 
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with state-of-the-art AI technologies, including large language models, agentic AI frameworks, and prompt engineering methodologies. 
  • Demonstrated experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations and agentic AI architectures; ability to advise customers and build working solutions in this space. 
  • Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and modern SaaS integration patterns; cloud certifications are a plus. 
  • Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and governance considerations as they apply to AI and custom development solutions in enterprise environments. 
  • Demonstrated experience engaging large enterprise customers as well as mid-market and SMB accounts; industry experience in AEC, Life Sciences/Biotech, or FinTech is a plus. 
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders and to build trust with senior customer decision-makers. 
  • Record of consistently meeting delivery objectives and expanding customer relationships at high-growth technology companies. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.  

 

COMPENSATION: 

  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $125k to $140k annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience. During the interview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share more information about the compensation package specific to the role and job location.
