Job Summary

The Contract Manager will manage the Edifecs contracts database and contract signatures

What you will bring:

  • A law degree from a top-tier university  (LLB) or in lieu of a law degree a minimum of 5 years experience as a contract manager with demonstrated success.
  • Working experience with a CLM or other contracts database.
  • Working experience with DocuSign or similar e-signature envelopes.
  • Knowledge of SalesForce.
  • Background coordinating signatures and filing of commercial contracts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Thorough understanding of the contract life cycle and best practices.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
  • 5+ years of contract management or related experience.

 

What you do:

  • Data entry of customer contracts
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the contract lifecycle, and types of contracts.
  • Upon request, provide specific data to internal stakeholders for decision-making purposes; present this data in a variety of formats that meets the needs of the requestor in a timely manner.
  • Promptly respond to requests for data from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist as needed as a point of contact for staff in their day-to-day data collection activities.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of organizational folder structure and adhere to these standards when securing documents and other data.
  • Identify areas where additional quality control and data review is necessary; design processes and procedures to maintain data integrity.
  • Thoroughly review all contracts database data for accuracy.
  • Prepare data reports as needed and distribute them to the requesting party.
  • Collect and enter all client information in the contracts database as needed.
  • Participate in team projects and complete assignments in a timely manner
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders as well as external consultants to execute projects or project activities.
  • Learn and maintain knowledge of all Edifecs data systems, identify database and workflow issues, and troubleshoot these issues with the IT team.
  • Be proficient and remain current with Microsoft Excel and CLM technology.
  • Send commercial and vendor contracts out for signatures subject to our internal Legal SLA.

 

Work Location: Remote

Working hours: IST 8:30 am – 12:30 pm and 6:30 pm - 10:30 pm.
