Operations Assistant
Description
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation including government submittals, safety and quality reports, personnel lists and contact information, site photographs, meeting minutes, etc.
- Upload and maintain documents on the Project Portal
- Assist with proposal efforts and technical editing of documents
- Ensure timely receipt of project materials and supplies in the field office
- Assist in preparation of invoices to the client as necessary
- Assist with government property administration at the sites
- n addition to the accountabilities above, other responsibilities, tasks, and deliverables may be assigned to the incumbent of this position
- Ability to communicate in written and verbal formats
- Competent in using Microsoft Office products, email systems, and Windows
- Performs multiple concurrent tasks and meets deadlines
- One year experience providing general administrative support in an office or at a project site
- Travel: Must be able to work on-stie at project location and travel as required to meet project needs.
- Education: Associate degree in Construction Management, Business Administration or a related discipline. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for this requirement.
- Work well independently and as a team
- Work efficiently with minimal guidance
