Quality Assurance Record Retention Testing - Summer Internship
Location: Fort Mill, SC (hybrid work schedule)
Position Overview:
We’re looking for an intern to join our Quality Assurance Center of Excellence team for the summer of 2024. This intern will migrate historical testing evidence out of HP-ALM to a designated SharePoint site that will address our record retention policy. This is important as we move forward with decommissioning HP-ALM to move forward with the Panaya Test Dynamix, test management tool, across the organization.
Throughout this internship, you’ll be completely trained to extract files from HP-ALM into a SharePoint site including the generation of the reports. Also, this will include following standard operating procedures.
This is a paid, flexible hybrid internship for the summer of 2024 located at our headquarters in Fort Mill, SC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creation of the folder structure for each project in the SharePoint site.
- Copying test artifacts from HP-ALM, a test management tool, to the designated SharePoint site.
- Generating the reports in HP-ALM and uploading the reports to the SharePoint site.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
Minimum:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program.
- Ability to gather and analyze information.
