LOGISTICS SUPPORT COORDINATOR
Location: Montreal, QC
Reports to: Manager, Logistics Support
Overview:
The Logistics Support Coordinator will coordinate / process all requests requiring invoice and inventory adjustments and manage return (physically or virtually) keeping in mind our customer's needs. Depending on multiple and various scenarios, this role will need to deal with multiple Business groups (Quality complaints, customer service, joblot resale, finance, mills-RRC-Converters at the shipping and receiving departments).
Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Validate Inventory related Credit request: Confirming the Inventory disposition / location before approving the request for Credit.
- Creating a return order to permit Inventory reception in multiple systems.
- Make transportation arrangement at the lowest cost possible and the best efficiency considering our customer’s needs.
- Coordinating the disposition of Less then Prime Inventory on customer floors.
- When needed, help with other Logistics Support tasks.

- Excellent communication skills in English and French, both written and verbal;
- You are known for your excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
- You are customer oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills and you work well in a team environment;
- You are very dynamic, dedicated, resourceful and able to multitask.
Minimum Qualifications:
- You hold a college degree or the equivalent.
- You have a minimum of three (3) years related experience in Logistics and Transportation or Customer Service.
- Knowledge of SAP, is considered an asset.
