As a Senior Marketer, you will create and implement strategic marketing and content strategies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams, utilize customer insights, and leverage data to drive marketing success.

What Winning Looks Like:
- Craft and implement a dynamic omnichannel (channel marketing) marketing strategy, leveraging email, paid media, content marketing, SEO, Adwords (Google Ads), digital advertising, and organic social media
- Inspires and helps team members in prioritizing tasks, fostering a culture of creativity and problem-solving, all while surpassing business goals
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Segment for in-depth analysis and personalized marketing
- Conduct research to create targeted marketing campaigns that address audience needs, while maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders through detailed reports on marketing squad performance, achievements, and upcoming initiatives
Skills Needed to Win:
- 5+ years of performance marketing experience including analyzing marketing funnels and identifying areas for enhancement
- 2+ years of planning and driving marketing campaigns
- Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM
- B2B or health industry is a plus
$70,000 - $95,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits
