Salary: $70,000–$105,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do in This Role:

As an important part of our Network team, the Creative Writing Manager will ensure that we are producing world-class content that changes lives.  The ideal candidate is always creatively thinking one step ahead and understands the business goals of the Network team.  They will speak into the strategy of our shows and level up our content processes.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You're a fan of Ramsey Solutions.
• You have 5+ years' experience in a creative leadership role, driving the development of scripts.
• You have 2+ years' experience directly leading a scriptwriting team.
• You have a foundational knowledge of broad types of scripting content (YouTube, Podcast, News, Documentaries).
• You have experience leading strategic conversations that drive show development with stakeholders.
• You're able to execute a vision and bring ideas to life.
• You have a heart to “make it better” by identifying roadblocks and presenting solutions.
• You are detail oriented with organized with strong communication and follow-up skills.
• You have a sharp eye for creative excellence, detail, and taste.
• You're always in tune with the “pulse” of the organization; a demonstrated track record of influencing, listening, building trust, and affecting change.
• You're a collaborative business partner and have the ability to build strong, open working relationships characterized by mutual respect.
• You're a bold, humble, self-aware, smart, and confident servant leader who seeks the betterment of the team and organization at large versus themselves.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Steering the progression of the Ramsey Network’s tone, and creative approach for the next phase of the evolution of our Ramsey Network shows
• Work with the team to level up our craft, processes and relationships to elevate our content
• Inspiring deep and fun collaborative relationships that build stronger content and bigger impact for our shows
• Partner with writers, producers, leaders, etc. on new pipeline projects and regularly push what is possible for a typical Ramsey show or episode
