What Winning Looks Like:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive traffic to the website to sell tickets to our live events
- Actively executing campaigns designed around customer acquisition and brand development
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, digital advertising to drive customer acquisition
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project management, sales, designers and writers to create and launch upcoming events and promotions
- Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics
The Skills You Need to Win:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, experience with B2C
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Experience with digital marketing channels including email, social media and digital advertising
$58,000 - $81,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits
