Ramsey Solutions is looking for an Associate Director to lead our Curriculum Sales team!

Through our Foundations in Personal Finance curriculum, we’ve impacted over 5 million students across the U.S., helping them avoid debt, budget wisely, invest, and build wealth. Now, we’re looking for an Associate Director of Sales who embodies our mission and can lead our Curriculum Sales team to even greater heights.

 

This is a pivotal role, not just for our team but for students nationwide. This leader will be instrumental in helping educators bring hope and financial freedom to their classrooms—changing students’ lives for the better.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Revenue and Team Success: Lead your team to consistently hit and exceed annual revenue targets, ensuring every team member achieves their KPIs. You’re someone who knows how to motivate, inspire, and lead by example.
  • Build a Strong Team Culture: Cultivate a positive, collaborative environment where communication is open and honest, team morale remains high, and challenges are met with a can-do attitude. You’ll not only lead but work alongside your team, stepping in wherever necessary to meet goals.
  • Shape Strategy and Growth: Bring creative, strategic ideas to the table to generate new business and deepen existing relationships. Your insights will help us reach more students and extend our curriculum’s impact.
  • Relate, Empathize, and Hold Accountable: As someone who’s highly relational, you’ll balance empathy with accountability, helping them perform at their best while feeling supported and valued.

You’re Probably a Match If You Have:

  • 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in a dynamic, mission-driven organization. Experience selling Curriculum to schools and school districts is a plus.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to build strong teams and get results through others.
  • Credibility and Personality: You’re naturally engaging and inspire confidence and trust, easily connecting with others. Your personality and experience make you a leader people want to follow.
  • A self-motivated, problem-solving mindset. You’re a “figure it out” type who thrives on overcoming challenges, whether big or small.
  • Hands-on Leadership: You’re more than just a manager—you’re willing to jump in, assist, and lead by doing, not just directing.
  • Empathy and Accountability: You can balance supporting your team with holding them accountable. You understand the human side of leadership and make sure each team member feels valued and driven toward their best performance.
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred), along with data-driven decision-making skills that help drive team and individual results.

OTE* is $128,000 and includes salary + commission + bonus

*Salary range depends on level of skill and overall experience.
