The Data Services Coordinator- Property & Casualty, will work as a team member of the Property & Casualty Data Services Unit to maintain data in systems that support the property and casualty companies and process hard copy and electronic insurance policies.
 
The is a part time (19 hours a week) position, that is not eligible for benefits. 
Hours and days worked throughout the week are negotiable.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Data entry in multiple systems
  • Fulfillment and quality assurance of customer facing documents
  • Mail distribution and bulk mailings
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Scanning and other general office duties
  • Effective performance of the essential functions of this position requires regular in-person, on-site interaction with colleagues, both for purposes of relationship building and meaningful collaboration.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 
  • 2+ years general office experience required
  • Experience with P&C insurance preferred
  • HS diploma or Equivalent preferred. Combination of education and experience considered

WORK ENVIRONMENT  Hybrid . If working Tuesday through Thursday, will be expected to report into the VT Office, otherwise professional home office environment. Hourly Salary Rate for this position: $21.00
