Pay range: $17-18hr / shift differentials: Swing $1 (3pm-11pm) and graveyard $1.50 (11pm-7am) needed.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Monitor the wellbeing of individuals served, ensuring a positive, supportive, and structured environment.
  • Assist and mentor individuals in daily living skills such as personal hygiene, budgeting, and community activities.
  • Support members in the self-administration of medication and maintain accurate records.
  • Transport members safely to and from their living environment and scheduled appointments.
  • Document clinical information timely and accurately in the member’s clinical record.
  • Adhere to all agency policies, procedures, and clinical protocols to ensure positive member outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Minimum HS diploma/GED and 2-3 years of relevant experience in a behavioral health setting; OR an associate degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months experience as a BHPP at Copa Health with demonstrated competency.
  • Licensure: Valid state fingerprint clearance and ability to obtain TB clearance before start date.
  • Driving Requirements: Valid Utah Driver's License with state minimum insurance coverage and ability to meet Copa Health’s acceptable driving requirements.
  • Preferred: Experience working with multicultural and low socio-economic individuals.
