Job Summary (Including, but not limited to):
- Assist individuals with mobility, including transferring from wheelchairs and assisting with transportation.
- Support personal hygiene tasks such as showering, dressing, and grooming.
- Plan and prepare meals and snacks according to dietary needs.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular facility cleaning and maintenance.
- Monitor and respond appropriately to individual behavior.
- Collaborate with program staff to ensure comprehensive care for each individual.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 90 days of experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
- Must pass a pre-employment physical clearance.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and other required background checks, including drug testing.
- Arizona Driver’s License and driving requirements per Copa’s insurance policy, if applicable.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
