About the Role:    

As the PLG (Product-Led Growth) leader for Confluent, a company that combines an open-source product with commercial and enterprise sales motions, you will drive growth and adoption of the product through a combination of product-led strategies, pricing and packaging improvements and activation of sales engagement at the right time for the right user.
      

What You Will Do:    

  • Own our product-led growth approach and work cross-functionally to identify and improve our organic growth
  • Own the pricing and packaging strategy for product-led growth, ensuring that the product is simple to try, adopt, and scale
  • Use a combination of big-bet product, pricing and packaging changes, and smaller-bet experimentation tactics to inflect our growth meaningfully
 
 
What You Will Bring:    
  • 3+ years of experience in a product-led growth role for a cloud product vendor
  • 3+ years of management experience leading PLG teams
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to align product, GTM, and sales tactics to drive organic growth

At Confluent, we are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits that are in line with industry standards. We analyze and carefully consider several factors when determining compensation, including work history, education, professional experience, and location.  This position has an annual estimated salary of $231,000 - 271,600, an annual bonus, and a competitive equity package. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Confluent offers a wide range of employee benefits.
