About the Role:   

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in Confluent’s Customer Growth go-to-market strategy.

What You Will Do:   

  • Assist in reporting and operationalizing key performance metrics, developing reporting tools and dashboards to help drive insights and actions
  • Frame and break down complex problems into key components, derive insights, and provide actionable recommendations to drive tangible business outcomes
  • Analyze and provide insights over key sales performance trends as part of the weekly forecast cadences, quarterly business reviews, and other key executive cadences 
  • Consolidate and own the global field capacity and quota models
  • Work with your leadership team on any ad-hoc data analysis to support global sales reporting and executive requests
  • Help to define, drive, and deliver strategic programs in partnership with global Sales Operations Business Partner
   

What You Will Bring:   

  • Thrives in a dynamic work environment and is able to manage competing priorities
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills understanding of basic statistical frameworks preferred 
  • Prior experience in an analytical position required (i.e. Sales Analytics, Data Science, FP&A), tech-industry and/or open-source software/SaaS experience preferred
  • Capability to master data at the granular level without losing sight of the bigger picture; an insight generator not a data generator
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to clearly articulate information tailored to the audience across organizations including the executive team
  • Results-oriented and comfortable working with leveraging data from multiple sources to make informed decisions
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience with Salesforce and Excel in a power-user capacity; Tableau and SLL experience is a plus
  • US Citizenship required

At Confluent, we are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits that are in line with industry standards. We analyze and carefully consider several factors when determining compensation, including work history, education, professional experience, and location.  This position has an annual estimated salary of $98,500 - $115,740 USD, an annual bonus, and a competitive equity package. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Confluent offers a wide range of employee benefits.
