Commonwealth University’s Leadership Excellence Certification covers essential knowledge aiding associates in confidently moving forward with their hospitality industry career. Students learn how a hotel operates at all levels, including Housekeeping, Front Desk, HR, Accounting and Management Basics. Through discussion, demonstration, and hands-on practice, associates can enroll in two programs: The Core Four and/or The Comprehensive Leadership Excellence Certification. If team members feel unable to commit to continuous certification, we also offer single program enrollments that count towards certification for either curriculum.
