The Residence Inn Beavercreek is seeking a Full-Time Hotel Night Auditor, Guest Service Agent, Front Desk Clerk, or Front Office Agent with excellent people skills.
The Residence Inn Beavercreek is seeking a highly motivated and friendly Hotel Guest Service Agent, Front Desk Clerk, or Front Office Agent to join our team.  As a Hotel Guest Service Agent, Front Desk Clerk, or Front Office Agent, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service to ensure our guests have a memorable experience. As a Hotel Guest Service Agent, Front Desk Clerk, or Front Office Agent you will have the opportunity to interact with a diverse range of individuals and contribute to creating a positive and welcoming environment. Some Key Areas of Responsibility for the Hotel Guest Service Agent, Front Desk Clerk or Front Office Agent include: 
  • Welcome all guests upon their arrival and provide the guests with a warm welcome.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring efficient and accurate completion.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide personalized recommendations and assistance.
  • Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Process guest payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including replenishing supplies and brochures.
 
Requirements for the Hotel Guest Service Agent, Front Desk Clerk, or Front Office Agent include: 
  • Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification.
  • Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with guests and other team members.
  • Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and or up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
  • Ability to stand during the entire shift.
 
Flexibility to work holidays and weekends.
