Homewood Suites Ovation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Opening Hotel General Manager to oversee all aspects of our hotel operations. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service, managing daily activities, and maximizing revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.

Some Key Areas of Responsibilities for the Opening Hotel General Manager include:
- Leader of the overall property and team
- Promote and market the property.
- Manage budgets, financial plans, financial records, and statistical information.
- Recruit, train, and coach staff.
- Achieve profit targets.
- Deal with guest complaints and comments.
- Compliance with all current brand standards including regulatory and Commonwealth Hotels.
Requirements for the Opening Hotel General Manager include:
- Strong interpersonal skills and possession of a full understanding of professional business ethics, decorum, and social skills.
- Appropriate professional appearance and demeanor.
- Detail-oriented professional.
- Understanding of group and transient sales processes and forecasting procedures.
- Excellent organization skills, manage time well, correctly prioritizes, and is flexible.
