Hampton Inn Cincinnati Airport South is looking for a top-performing PART-TIME Hotel Guest Service Agent, Front Desk Clerk, and Front Desk Agent. Hours 3:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m.

Starting $15.00 to $16.00 an hour to start!!!

We're just off I-71/75, within a mile of many shopping and dining options. St. Elizabeth Florence Hospital is across the road, and the terminals at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport are a free five-mile shuttle ride away. Head 11 miles northeast to reach downtown Cincinnati.

Some Key Areas of Responsibilities for the Hotel Front Desk Clerk, Front Desk Agent, or Guest Service Agent include:

  • Register guests and assign rooms, accommodate special requests, assist in pre-registration, and block reservations.
  • Notify Housekeeping of late check-outs, early check-ins, special request, and day rooms.
  • Thorough knowledge of room rates, packages, and discounts.
  • Thorough knowledge of rate availability, room location, types of rooms, and room operations.
  • Thorough knowledge of credit card and check cashing policies.
  • Ability to drive hotel shuttle when needed.

 Requirements for the Front Desk Agent, Front Desk Clerk, or Guest Service Agent include:

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Effective with time management skills.
  • Must maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Applicants must be able to work weekends & holidays.
