The Newly Built Staybridge Suites Miramar Beach Sandestin Area Hotel is searching for a motivated Hotel Front Desk Night Auditor eager to give excellent customer service to our hotel guests and ensure they have all they need during their stay. As the first person to greet customers, the hotel night auditor will check guests in, make reservations, recommend local activities or restaurants, and arrange transportation. Some Key Areas of Responsibility for the Hotel Night Auditor include:

  • Reconcile all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity after a thorough audit process
  • Process additional administrative bookkeeping and accounting procedures as required
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the General Manager, department heads, and hotel management
  • Respond to inquiries, process reservations, and check-ins, delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, resolve guest complaints, and perform other front office duties as required
  • Provide exceptional service to all hotel guests during their stay
  • Cleaning/ maintaining public areas during downtime at night
  • Preparing fresh drip coffee for guests before the restaurant opening
  • Making specialty Starbucks beverages for our guests

 

Requirements for the Hotel Night Auditor include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • Some college preferred
  • Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or night audit experience is preferred but not required
  • Requires a flexible schedule that allows for overnight shift hours
  • Must be computer proficient; experience with accounting or reservation software is a bonus
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills are required

Applicants must be able to work weekends & holidays
