Job Title: IT Administrative Assistant

Reports to: Chief Technology Officer
Status: Full-time, non-exempt

Objective
This position is accountable for providing administrative support to the Chief Technology Officer and the Information Technology Ministry team so they can best serve the organization at a strategic level in a prepared, focused and intentional way.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive calendar/meeting management and support
- Assist in responding to, screening and managing communication with vendors on various projects (calls and e-mails) to the CTO and direct reports
- Ensure tracking of project timelines and assist in coordinating of team involvement
- Manage budget preparation, expense reports, invoices, tracking spending and completing timely reimbursements
- Provide administrative support for campus buildout projects
- Assist in monitoring, assigning and coordinating IT tickets
- Create and maintain effective organization systems to support project and team management
- Other projects and duties as assigned

Education and Experience
- Three years of church-based ministry and/or administrative experience
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Thursday, 9am to 5pm and Friday from 9am-12pm.
The church has several big events, (“All-Skates”) throughout the year to help further the mission of Eleven22. These events are mandatory for all staff to be in attendance and may vary, depending on the vision cast for the current year.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and copy machines.
Physical Demands
This is a minimally physically demanding position and would require the ability to walk around the office, lift boxes, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
Ministerial Exception
The ministerial exception furthers the purposes of the Free Exercise and Establishment Clauses of the First Amendment by barring legal claims against church bodies by staff members who perform religious functions. All church pastors are subject to the exception, but a formal ministerial credential is not required. While there is no rigid formula to determine other church staff members that qualify, various factors are considered to determine which staff members are subject to the ministerial exception (please see handbook).
