CMG Financial is hiring an Oversight Specialist, who will be responsible for reviewing accounts and ensuring quality and consistency throughout Servicing. You will be responsible for identifying 
process gaps, trends, opportunities, and recommend process improvements. You will execute quality evaluations to test the effectiveness of regulatory compliance and policy and procedure. You will work closely with Compliance and business partners to ensure departmental quality standards are met. 
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES, includes the following responsibilities, but not limited to:
  • Requires knowledge of the Quality Control function with regards to FNMA, FHLMC, FHA/VA, USDA requirements
  • Well versed in performing and reviewing servicing reviews, including loan administration, default and loss mitigation
  • Must have experience in executing quality testing
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work independently
 
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • 3+ years of experience in the mortgage industry
  • Proven knowledge of residential mortgage practices and processes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software
  • Data analytics and data integrity is needed in order to ensure successful attainment of performance goals
  • Organized, high attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, and proficient in time management
      
PHYSICAL and ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
Standard office environment, equipment, and tasks, including work at a computer terminal.  This position requires partial sitting and walking throughout the day.  Employee must be open to work overtime to complete assigned tasks. 

 

 

 

COMPENSATION:

CMG pays a competitive salary which ranges from $50,000 to $55,000 total compensation. Factors that affect salary may include: Servicing Compliance experience, mortgage experience, overall knowledge of mortgage industry, number of years worked in it.
