CMG is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Enterprise Business Analyst with at least 5 years of experience to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in identifying business needs, analyzing data, and supporting enterprise-wide initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional organizational and communication skills, a strong ability to synthesize data-driven insights, and a passion for leveraging AI and automation to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for enterprise initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to understand process challenges and improvement opportunities.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Identify and assess opportunities to implement AI and automation solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks.
  • Partner with IT, BI, and operations teams to explore and pilot intelligent automation tools and platforms (e.g., RPA, machine learning).
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify trends, patterns, and root causes using data analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Assist in the implementation of business solutions and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Act as a liaison between business users, IT, and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation including business cases, process maps, and training materials.
  • Support change management and adoption strategies for new systems or processes.
 
Required Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in a business analyst or similar role, preferably within an enterprise or cross-functional environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, process improvement, and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and/or intelligent automation tools such as RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism), Chatbots, or NLP-based systems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience with ERP systems, CRM platforms, or other enterprise-level technologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or in AI/Automation platforms is a plus.
  • Experience working in the mortgage industry, including familiarity with mortgage operations, origination, servicing, or compliance frameworks.

PHYSICAL and ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
This role operates in an ADA compliant office environment, utilizing typical office equipment and tasks including computer work. The position may involve partial stationary positions and moving throughout the day. Flexibility to work overtime to meet project deadlines is required.
 
COMPENSATION
This is a remote role that can be performed from within the United States. Residents of the states of CA & CO, and for New York City are excluded from this remote role at this time. Information regarding base wages provided upon request.
