šŸ“ Location: Des Plaines, IL | šŸ’¼ Full-Time | šŸ’° $123,000–$157,000
Are you a tech-savvy visionary with WMS wizardry and a knack for making the complex simple? Ready to take the lead on transformative supply chain initiatives that impact operations nationwide?
We’re looking for a Senior Manager, IT & WMS to architect the future of warehouse management across our organization. This isn’t your typical IT manager role—this is a high-impact leadership opportunity where Korber WMS meets strategy, innovation, and operational excellence.

🌟 What You’ll Do (Besides Rock the Tech World)

  • Be the Captain of WMS Transformation: Own the rollout, enhancement, and evolution of our Korber WMS across new and existing sites.
  • Lead Like a Pro: Direct a team of talented IT professionals through complex system integrations and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Architect Scalable Success: Build a repeatable, customer-centric WMS deployment framework that’s customizable, efficient, and future-ready.
  • Drive End-to-End Execution: From blueprint to go-live—manage configuration, integration, testing, and support.
  • Bridge the Tech-Business Gap: Partner with stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical solutions that drive performance.
  • Mentor and Multiply Talent: Build a high-performing, motivated team aligned with innovation, quality, and results.

šŸ› ļø Your Toolbox

  • Experience: 7+ years of IT leadership, 5+ years leading cross-functional teams, 3+ years hands-on with WMS (Korber experience = šŸ”„).
  • Tech Mastery: SQL savvy, infrastructure-aware, and fluent in integration (Boomi experience a plus).
  • Vision & Grit: Strategic mindset with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude. You can zoom out to see the vision and zoom in to troubleshoot an integration hiccup.
  • Communication Champ: Able to decode technical concepts for execs and turn stakeholder pain points into innovation opportunities.

šŸ’” Bonus Points For:

  • Korber WMS expertise (that’s the golden ticket šŸŽ«)
  • Experience with YMS, LMS, Dock Scheduling, or Boomi integration middleware
  • Consulting background with hands-on WMS implementations

šŸŽ What’s in It for You?

  • Pay Range: $123K–$157K + performance incentives
  • Perks That Matter: Full medical, dental & vision coverage, 401(k), life insurance, tuition assistance, generous PTO
  • A Company on the Rise: Be part of a growing team with a high-performance culture and a clear path to advancement
  • Modern Leadership Culture: Open-door policy, collaborative teams, and a growth mindset baked into everything we do
