CRM Administrator, Zoho
Are you a Zoho expert with a passion for change management and driving marketing efficiency? CJ Logistics is seeking a highly skilled CRM Administrator to manage and support our Zoho CRM platform and its users. The ideal candidate will be responsible for user management, providing frontline support and training, and collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure the CRM system effectively meets operational needs. This role is crucial for driving user adoption, managing change, and leveraging data for informed decision-making.

Your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. We anticipate this role to pay a minimum base salary of $70,000 per year, but the actual base pay will depend on the successful candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
What You’ll Do
Zoho CRM Management & Security:
Handle all aspects of Zoho CRM User Management, including provisioning user access, configuring permissions, and maintaining security settings.
User Support & Training:
Serve as a primary resource for end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving operational problems within the Zoho CRM environment.
Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure proficiency and optimal use of the system.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Requirements:
Work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to collect, document, and clarify the Voice of Customer (VOC) from end-users.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate VOCs and improvement requests to the Super Admin/System Operator.
Act as the CJLA operational contact point for the Super Admin/System Operator.
Change Management & Improvement:
Support change management activities within the CJ Logistics America user group to facilitate smooth transitions.
Identify and document improvement requests and operational issues to enhance system efficiency.
Support communication efforts to drive user adoption of new features and processes.
Documentation & Reporting:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, data dictionaries, and user guides.
Develop custom dashboards and reports in Zoho Analytics to provide data-driven insights and support decision-making.
