We provide highly coordinated healthcare and social services (primary and specialty care, rehabilitation, nutrition, home care, case management, day center, transportation, and much more) in a truly all-inclusive care model to eligible seniors age 55 and older who prefer not to move into a nursing home but whose health problems make it impossible for them to stay at home without the help of caregivers. Unlike other healthcare plans, CEI is not a "fee-for-service" plan. It is a “capitation” healthcare plan. CEI is paid a set amount for each person enrolled in our program, whether or not that individual seeks care. We are a growing company that offers stability and continues to thrive.
