What you'll be doing:
- Manage customer service queue
- Document activities performed on customers’ accounts using CARFAX’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application
- Consistently check and reply to customer email inquires
- Solicit customer feedback
What we're looking for:
- 2 years hands on experience in a call center environment or related work experience
- Relationship management experience
- Experience with Salesforce
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Solution oriented attitude
- Time management skills
