We are looking for an experienced, execution-focused Product Marketing Manager to bridge the gap between our Marketing team and our 300+ sales reps and account managers in the Dealer Business Unit.

In this role, you will be the primary link between Marketing and the field. You will take core product messaging created by our product marketing team and tailor it into practical sales tools for different types of dealers. You will also run our weekly field communications, keep our sales content hub organized, and use modern AI tools to quickly turn field feedback into clear weekly updates for executive leadership.

You will partner closely with our Product Marketing SMEs, who handle core positioning, and our Director of Rep Enablement, who owns formal sales training.

What You Will Do

1. Build Tailored Sales Tools

  • Take product messaging and adapt it into rep toolkits, objection-handling cheat sheets, and product one-pagers tailored to specific dealer segments.
  • Build simple, practical GTM launch playbooks for new feature releases so reps know exactly who to target, why the customer cares, and how to pitch it.

2. Run Field Communications & Field Insights

  • Weekly Field Newsletter: Write and send a concise, high-value weekly update to 300+ reps highlighting new product releases, available sales tools, and tips from the field.
  • Weekly Field Manager Syncs: Host a weekly check-in with Field Managers to hear what reps are experiencing, what questions dealers are asking, and what tools are missing.
  • Automated Executive Briefings: Use AI tools to quickly pull together a weekly 1-page summary for leadership on field sentiment, message adoption, and sales friction points.

3. Keep the Sales Content Hub Organized & Searchable

  • Own and organize our sales asset portal (e.g., Highspot, Seismic,) so reps can find the exact sales deck or one-pager they need in seconds.
  • Keep the content fresh and track which tools reps use most and use that data to decide what to build next.

4. Collaborate Across Teams

  • Share real-time field feedback to help refine core messaging based on actual customer reactions.
  • Hand off completed sales tools to the Director of Rep Enablement, who will integrate them into formal training programs and rep onboarding.

What Success Looks Like

  • Sales reps regularly download and use your collateral and playbooks.
  • Rep portal is clean, updated, and easy to navigate.
  • Executives get a clear, AI-assisted weekly report on what’s working in the field.
  • High content engagement from reps.

What We Are Looking For

  • 8–10 years of experience in B2B Product Marketing, Field Marketing, or Sales Enablement (SaaS or Automotive tech experience is a plus).
  • Strong Content Creator: You have a proven track record of creating customer-facing collateral, one-pagers, and sales playbooks that reps love.
  • Great Communicator: You enjoy talking to field managers, listening to reps, and writing clear, engaging internal communications.
  • Pragmatic with AI: You comfortably use AI tools to speed up work, summarize feedback, and draft reports fast.
  • Organized & Self-Driven: You know how to keep file systems clean, manage weekly deadlines, and keep projects moving without constant supervision.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel ~2–4 times per year for major sales meetings, team events, or field visits.

This is a hybrid role with in-office expectations determined by location and subject to change based on evolving business needs.
