- Managing a portfolio of clients, making sure they are thriving.
- Partnering with clients post-sale to guide them through onboarding, remote team structuring, and long-term success.
- Acting as the go-to person for any operational, performance, or staffing challenges - solving problems before they escalate.
- Planning and analyzing promotions and benefits aligned with market trends and data.
- Building client relationships that lead to growth: renewals, new roles, and deeper engagement.
- Working closely with recruitment, HR, and operations teams to deliver great experiences for every client and team member.
- Identifying commercial opportunities by understanding your clients’ business goals.
- You’ve worked in a service-based or client-facing role, maybe not in outsourcing, but definitely somewhere you’ve built strong relationships and solved complex problems.
- You’re curious - you like understanding how businesses work and spotting ways to make things better.
- You understand people. You can read through conversations and build trust with people.
- You have been part of operations or projects, where you confidently faced clients and clearly communicated your ideas with all kinds of people.
- You’re organized and proactive - you don’t wait for issues to blow up; you see them coming and get ahead of them.
- You are a strategic partner who can look a C-Level client in the eye (virtually) and guide them on how to build a high-performance team in the Philippines.
- You love connecting the dots between people, process, and results.
- You’re commercially minded, you understand that great service leads to great growth.
- You know the difference between "Service" and "Partnership." You are comfortable delivering tough news or pushing back on unrealistic expectations professionally.
