What You’ll Be Doing:
Reporting to a UK-based manager, you will join a collaborative procurement team where you will streamline supply chain operations, optimize vendor relationships, and empower sales teams to drive business efficiency. Your expertise will be key in managing inventory, driving smart negotiations, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven Experience: 2 to 5 years of successful experience in international and local purchasing, procurement, or supply chain support.
- Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency in navigating ERP systems or inventory management software.
- Great Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to solving problems.
- Sharp Eye for Detail: Exceptional accuracy when cross-referencing creditor invoices against purchase orders and quotes.
- Strong Foundations: A solid background in English and Mathematics to confidently review contracts and financial data.
Bonus Points For:
- ERP Expertise: Familiarity with major platforms like SAP, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Global Exposure: Experience with international logistics, vendor onboarding, or global supplier networks.
- Advanced Skills: Negotiation expertise or formal certifications in Supply Chain Management.
