Summary
As a Business Systems Analyst I (BSA I) at Blount Fine Foods, you will serve as a systems steward for an assigned set of Enterprise Applications, primarily SaaS tools that drive critical, integrated processes across Sales & Finance, Manufacturing & Quality, and Supply Chain. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Solutions, you will partner with business owners to keep these applications current, well-documented, and growing in value by tracking vendor releases and roadmaps, assessing change impact, defining system requirements, and identifying capability and integration opportunities.
The BSA brings the technology and systems perspective that enables, integrates, and evolves key business processes. At the I level, you will work under the guidance of Digital Solutions leadership and senior analysts while building toward independent stewardship of assigned platforms.

- Integration and Portfolio Insight:
- Identify integration opportunities, dependencies, and cross-platform impacts, and help shape proposals into governed project intake.
- Flag redundancy, technical debt, lifecycle risk, and consolidation opportunities across assigned applications.
