Barracuda's 2026 Internship is reserved for students currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and does not require work authorization, now or in the future. This role is hybrid based out of Campbell, CA and required on site days Tuesday and Wednesday.

As a Data Engineering Intern at Barracuda, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for enterprise data and data governance. You will help source, organize, clean, and validate large datasets to support analytics and AI use cases. This internship offers hands-on experience with high-volume, large-scale production systems and the opportunity to learn from a skilled team of data professionals.

What you'll be working on
- Ingest and cleanse raw data from various sources
- Organize data logically and efficiently for analytics and AI/ML use cases
- Implement data quality checks and enforce data governance practices to ensure data integrity and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven initiatives
What you bring to the role
- Currently pursuing bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- Familiarity with databases
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Python programming skills
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

The anticipated on-target earnings range for this role is $28 - $39 per hour in Campbell, CA. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon the individual's education level, job type, and applicable employment laws.
