Title: VIP/Executive IT Support 
 
Overview:
Provide white glove technical IT support for a VIP/Executive and staff as directed. This position will be part of the Azoff Company IT department and will be dedicated to support a VIP/Executive full time. Majority of responsibilities will be split between the office, residence and restaurants under the ownership in the West LA area for dedicated IT support.
 
The success of this position will require proficiency in Apple devices and computers, including comfort with daily use and troubleshooting of macOS and iOS variants. Strong technical skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand explanations are expected. Familiarity with advanced home AV systems is a plus.
 
Must have a great personality to assist VIP in friendly, discreet, and professional manner.  
 
 KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform tasks as directed by the VIP

  • Provide personal assistance and maintenance for all residence computer systems and hardware as needed

  • Install, configure, and update Mac & iOS hardware and software as needed or requested

  • Help maintain Password manager for VIP and their staff

Assist with IT related tasks for two restaurants under the ownership

  • Provide tech support to restaurant management using company provided computers and devices (MacOS & iOS)
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 tenant 
  • Communicate and assist restaurant IT managed service provider
 
QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Experience supporting C-Level executives and VIPs (white glove personal support

    • Expertise with Apple hardware and software and Microsoft technologies
    • Mac, iPhone, iPad, AppleTV, HomePod, Watch
 
  • M365 user administration, Office apps (Mac, iOS), OneDrive, Team
  • Experience with video conferencing including Teams & Zoom room
  • Strong experience with troubleshooting and strong communication skills with a passion for technical support
  • Comfortable providing a wide range of support, from simple issue resolution to complex projects 
 
  
*Technical screening will be administered to confirm knowledge of Microsoft 365 cloud technologies as well as Apple hardware and software (MacOS, iOS, iPadOS, tvOS) 
 
  
The compensation range for this role is: $70K - $100k annually depending upon experience. Our offices are located in Westwood Village, Los Angeles, CA and the surrounding West LA area. We offer a very competitive benefits package, annual bonus, and a creative and dynamic working environment.
