Job Summary
The Social Media Content Coordinator (Part-Time) supports the planning, creation, and execution of national and regional social media content. This role collaborates closely with Marketing Operations, Studio Leaders, and regional teams to ensure brand-aligned, timely, and engaging content across all social platforms. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and content calendars. Preference given to candidates located in one of these regions (NJ, PA, VA, OH, FL, NV).
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ideate and develop social media content concepts in partnership with Marketing Operations and Studio Leaders
- Draft compelling, on-brand national social media captions across platforms
- Plan and coordinate professional photoshoots, including shot lists, timelines, and creative partners
- Schedule and publish national social media content according to the marketing calendar
- Manage and organize social media assets, including photos, videos, and captions
- Collaborate with regional team leaders to help coordinate and schedule regional content while maintaining brand consistency
- Managing influencer partnerships
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in social media, marketing, or content coordination
- Strong writing and editing skills with an understanding of brand voice
- Experience with social media management and scheduling tools
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Experience
- Experience supporting both national and regional social media strategies
- Experience with cannabis social media marketing
- Experience using social media management platforms
- Familiarity with asset management systems
- Experience managing social media influencer partnerships
- Basic understanding of content production, photography, or creative workflows
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Social Media performance reporting
