Job Title: Senior HCM Architect

 

Job Duties:

Automus Consulting, Inc., in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Senior HCM Architect to develop and design business requirements. The individual will apply advanced theoretical knowledge of computer science principles and concepts, as well as hands-on experience with Oracle Business Suite products, to perform the duties of the position.

 

Job responsibilities and duties include:

  • Identify and document business requirements through client interviews and other research.
  • Work with clients to develop and document business solutions, ensuring that business requirements are met.
  • Create design and configure documentation for modules being implemented.
  • Configure Oracle Cloud modules based on design requirements.
  • Contribute to establishing an implementation methodology around RAID logs and any other methods to document risks, actions, issues, and dependencies for the overall project
  • Support solution, document, and test technical enhancements to Cloud, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows (RICEW)
  • Prepare training materials and work instructions to help train the end users and jointly test the delivered solutions.
  • Prepare and present updates and other presentation materials to internal teams, client teams, and executive leadership throughout the project.
  • Act in a functional lead capacity in implementing and deploying multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
  • Architect functional designs for integrations with third-party applications and extensions that address specific client business requirements.
  • Provide thought leadership around industry-leading practices for improving operational efficiencies and profitability of the client's business.
  • Lead regular project status meetings for the assigned team and actively participate in the project’s regular status and/or issues meetings.

 

Minimum requirements:

Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management, or any related field of study, plus at least three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in any related position(s) in which the required experience was gained.

 

In lieu of the above-stated primary education and experience requirements, the company will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management, or any related field of study, plus at least five (5) years of post-degree, progressively responsible experience in any related position(s) in which the required experience was gained.

 

Qualified applicants must also have demonstrated proficiency, skill, experience, and knowledge with the following:

1. Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management.

2. Demonstrated experience with business processes around and in implementing the following Oracle Cloud modules: Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, Compensation, and Absence Management.

3. Oracle Cloud OTBI

4. Demonstrated experience with full life cycle implementations

 

This position has no direct reports and does not supervise any other employees.

 

Additional Information:

  • Job Site: 1901 Ave of the Stars, Flr 2nd, Los Angeles, CA 90067                                               
  • Salary: $ 215,000
  • Travel: 30% domestic travel is required. Job duties are performed on long-term projects at various unanticipated sites within the U.S., which may require relocation at the end of each long-term project. A work-from-home (WFH) benefit is available, depending on project requirements.
