Job Title: Claude Code / OIC Developer

Position Overview

You will be the US-based technical lead for integration delivery — owning OIC authoring, AI-assisted code generation, and the end-to-end integration pipeline for our first major release. You work directly with the CTO and serve as the senior technical voice on client engagements.

Essential Job Duties

  • Lead OIC integration authoring using AI-assisted development tools — from technical design to deployed, tested flow
  • Own the integration deployment pipeline: automated test execution, defect resolution, and promotion to production
  • Collaborate with India-based integration developer to scale delivery across parallel engagements
  • Review and approve integration outputs before client sign-off
  • Contribute to integration design standards and reusable pattern documentation

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) — design, build, troubleshoot
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion REST APIs across SCM, Financials, or HCM modules
  • Python and/or JavaScript for automation and scripting
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar)
  • API testing frameworks (k6, Postman, or equivalent)

Nice to Have

  • Oracle Fusion implementation project background
  • Experience in CPG or aerospace & defense verticals
