They work closely with other departments to resolve any discrepancies and ensure a seamless experience for our members and practitioners.

Claims

We oversee clinical and quality aspects of Health Management Programs, ASH Specialty Networks, and ASH Fitness. Our department provides corporate support to all American Specialty Health divisions. Health Services includes teams for clinical quality improvement, quality management, analytics, consumer health information, clinical evaluation, rehabilitation services, quality assurance, and policy.

Clinical

The Call Center departments play a vital role in maintaining the company's high standards of customer service and support. Comprised of well-trained professionals, these departments are dedicated to assisting both practitioners and members with a wide range of inquiries.
