Description

American Specialty Health Incorporated (ASH) is seeking a Systems Test Engineer I-CRM to join our IT Operations department.

The primary purpose of this position is to focus on testing and quality assurance for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions supporting sales, marketing, and service teams. The ideal candidate will bring experience in CRM system testing, including unit testing, test script development, automation, and data validation. This role may also participate in CRM administration tasks including data remediation and solution deployment support. This role requires strong collaboration skills to work effectively with project teams and business stakeholders in a cross-functional, Agile environment.

Hourly Salary Range 
American Specialty Health complies with state and federal wage and hour laws and compensation depends upon candidate’s qualifications, education, skill set, years of experience, and internal equity. $40.00 to $55.00 Hourly Wage Range. 



Remote Worker Guidelines

  • Remote Worker Guidelines: This position will be trained remotely and must be able to work from home (WFH) in a designated work area with company-provided technology equipment. This WFH position requires you have a stable connection to your Internet Service Provider with the ability to participate by video in online meetings over a reliable and consistent network. The internet connection must have a consistent 50 down/10 up Mbps minimum internet speed. 100 down/20 up is recommended to support higher quality video meetings.


Responsibilities

  • The Systems Test Engineer 1, CRM will:
    • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
    • Collaborate closely with developers, project teams, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
    • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing across CRM modules.
    • Create and maintain test plans, test scripts, and test data sets.
    • Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
    • Ensure data integrity and solution release consistency across CRM environments.
    • Support release management activities including validation of builds and deployment readiness.
    • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
    • Continuously improve testing processes and tools to enhance team efficiency.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required.
  • 1 year of experience in software testing, preferably in CRM systems required.
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, EasyRepro, Postman).
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, or similar CI/CD tools.
  • Understanding of data management, API testing, and release cycles.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
