Description

American Specialty Health Incorporated is seeking a Coordinator - Fitness Contract Services to join our Fitness Contract Services department. This position will manage electronic and telephonic requests from internal and external customers to maximize utilization of staff resources and to meet or exceed performance goals related to resolution of inquiries and retention of contracted fitness centers and instructors. Assists with developing and maintaining resources for team members, internal and external customers that support the education and retention of contracted fitness centers and instructors and serve as an example for motivational behavior and teamwork.

Salary Range

American Specialty Health complies with state and federal wage and hour laws and compensation depends upon candidate’s qualifications, education, skill set, years of experience, and internal equity. $16.40 to $18.25 Hourly Wage Range.

Remote Worker Considerations

Candidates who are selected for this position will be trained remotely and must be able to work from home in a designated work area with company-provided technology equipment. This remote/WFH position requires you have a stable connection to your Internet Service Provider with the ability to participate by video in online meetings over a reliable and consistent network (minimum internet download of 50 Mbps and 10 Mbps upload speed).  

Responsibilities

  • Manages electronic and telephonic requests from internal and external customers.
  • Manages inquiries and requests to the Fitness Contract Services mailbox (ASH Fitness Mailbox) and/or other internal email/log buckets to meet or exceed response and resolution timeframes.
  • Provides effective and efficient research and attempts resolution prior to outreach assignment.
  • Provides copies of documents/letters as requested by fitness centers and instructors.
  • Ability to support inbound/outbound calls to support specific needs as directed by Supervisor/Manager.
  • Provides to Manager/Leadership stats/reports as needed.
  • Informs Supervisor/Manager when team does not meet defined department goals set by both the internal and external customer.
  • Manages and assists in ad hoc outbound call projects as requested to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Works with other departments as requested to assist with the common goal of maintaining the Fitness network.
  • Responds to all incoming email communication within 24 - 48 hours of receipt via telephone call or written response, as appropriate.
  • Updates email templates, as necessary, and forwards new email templates to Supervisor/Manager for review.
  • Handles necessary administrative duties to properly support, document and resolve fitness center and instructor issues.
  • Assists in training of staff and develops guidelines for outreach assignment responsibilities assigned to Fitness Contract Services.
  • Ensures that the Company is represented in an ethical, professional, and positive manner.
  • Completes all ASH University training requirements, including required regulatory trainings, as well as ad hoc trainings required by management, within required timeframes.
  • Maintains resources for team members, internal and external customers and performs other administrative functions as requested by Supervisor/Manager.
  • Supports inbound phone que as needed.
  • Assists Supervisor/Manager to develop process flows and standard operating procedures as needed to support new or enhanced department accountabilities.
  • Assists with the development and maintenance of the team resources.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred. If equivalent experience, high school diploma required. 
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience providing administrative support.
  • Excellent computer skills to include Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and handle simultaneous requests requiring action from multiple sources (i.e. telephone, e-mail, direct interaction, etc.).
  • Must be flexible and be willing to perform wide range of responsibilities to meet departmental or company goals.

Physical Requirements

Ability to speak, see and hear other personnel and/or objects. Ability to communicate both in verbal and written form. Ability to travel within the facility. Capable of using a telephone and computer keyboard. Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
