We are seeking a passionate and bright person who recently graduated from college (2023-2024) and is looking to learn and start their marketing career within a global organization. 
In our two-year early career program, you will have the opportunity to work across several marketing disciplines including Marketing Operations, Creative Marketing, Product Marketing and Regional Marketing. The placement within each team will be roughly six months long so you can develop a full understanding of what the team does and get involved with projects and the day-to-day work. You will benefit from being exposed to career opportunities which offer a rich and varied career for intellectually curious and commercially driven minds. You will need to be flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 
In program, you will: 
  • Have the opportunity to work in four different functions within marketing.
  • Have a mentor in each function to help guide and support you in your learning and career goals.
  • Gain hands-on experience working alongside teams of passionate people.
  • Have access to industry training through LinkedIn Learning and Mennta (industry knowledge) training programs.

Role and Responsibilities 
  • Liaise with internal marketing stakeholders, gaining an understanding of their requirements.
  • Support marketing teams to develop and run their programs that drive marketing KPI’s.
  • Create marketing content, with guidance and supervision.
  • On occasion, join and support live conferences and forums.
  • Learn to use world-class marketing and sales tools and techniques.
  • Work within the realms of business data and use business data manipulation and visualisation tools gaining knowledge of how they support Marketing KPI’s.
  • Work with the automation team develop automated marketing programs.
  • Work within the Web, SEO and Paid media teams supporting the delivery of their programs.
  • Achieve and exceed agreed personal targets.
Skills and Experience 
  • Ability to learn quickly, multi-task and to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative thinker
  • Strong research and analytical skills, strongly numerate.
  • Fluency in English. Other languages are an advantage
  • Self­­-motivating, well-organised, and inquisitive by nature
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
