Depositary Support Officer
Spain, Valencia

 

Job specification

 

In your first few weeks in this Account Manager role, you can expect to:

 

  • Calculation of Depositary fees and further support in the billing process;
  • Support in verifying the ownership of the assets of the funds that are not held in custody and are defined as “other assets / alternative assets”;
  • Support in the daily Cash Flow Monitoring on all relevant cash flows;
  • Support in the control activities in the Depositary Oversight for both, funds investing in liquid and funds investing in alternative assets;
  • Maintenance of ongoing reports, e. g. on Key Performance indicators.

 

Skills Required:

  • A degree in Finance or Business Administration and/or experience in the financial sector, preferably a Bank, Fund Administration company, Audit Firm  or similar, whereby we are happy to give job starters a chance;
  • Knowledge of quality control techniques / procedures and understanding of the business, product range and operational processes;
  • An autonomous and solution-oriented working style:
  • Excellent communication skills in English (B2 level as minimum).
