Apex Group is currently looking for an Account Management Officer (m/f/d) in Bulgaria to support our Onboarding and Account Management department in Luxembourg. As an Account Manager, you will manage and administer client account information, ensuring our core banking system is up to date and reflects current client details. You will also adhere to AML/KYC, CRS and FATCA/QI regulatory requirements.

 

In your first few weeks in this Account Manager role, you can expect to:

  • Manage and Administrate client account information, ensuring our core banking system is up to date and reflects current client details
  • Fund lifecycle events and other compliance-relevant processes
  • Work on account issues and client reporting closely
  • Work collaboratively with teams of Onboarding and Account Management, as well as wider departments within the European Depositary Bank and Apex Group.
